We Are Now Looking for a CEO for Enwa Water Technology AB

We are seeking a commercially driven and strategic Chief Executive Officer to lead our Swedish operations into the next phase of growth. This is a key role with full operational and commercial responsibility, where strong sales capabilities, sound business acumen and inspiring leadership are essential. In this role, you will also lead the sales organisation within the Industry & Property segment and be responsible for developing, structuring and driving sales activities towards defined targets.We are looking for a CEO who can strengthen our market position, drive profitable growth and further develop both the commercial business and the operational organisation. The role involves a high level of customer interaction, where you will be personally engaged in dialogue with strategically important customers and partners.You will report to the Division Manager and actively contribute to the group’s overall strategy. 

About the Role

You are expected to be a visible and hands-on leader, both internally and externally, and to take an active role in sales activities. This includes, among other things, to:
  • Define and execute the company’s commercial strategy in line with group objectives
  • Actively drive and participate in sales processes
  • Develop and strengthen long-term relationships with customers and partners within the Industry & Property segment
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and strengthen the company’s market position
  • Negotiate commercial terms and agreements with customers, suppliers and partners, ensuring sound and long-term sustainable business arrangements
  • Lead, develop and engage the organisation to create a performance-driven and collaborative culture
  • Ensure financial control, budgeting, forecasting and overall profitability
  • Improve operational efficiency and ensure structured processes and ways of working across all functions
  • Represent the company externally towards customers, partners and other stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality and regulatory requirements, including CSRD
The position is based in Gothenburg. Regular interaction with the divisional management team and collaboration with other group companies are integral parts of the role. 

Qualifications

  • Proven experience from a senior executive role with full P&L and budget responsibility
  • Strong commercial drive with documented sales results within industrial B2B environments
  • Experience from water treatment, industrial process systems or related technical industries
  • Accustomed to working closely with customers and managing complex business deals
  • Relevant higher education in engineering, business administration or equivalent experience
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
