About the role as Project Manager
As a Project Manager at Enwa Water Technology, you will be responsible for leading projects from the tender phase through to final delivery. You will have overall responsibility for project execution, ensuring that progress, cost control, quality, and HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
You will work closely with clients, suppliers, installers, and colleagues, playing a key role in building long-term customer relationships and ensuring successful project deliveries.
Our projects are primarily within HVAC and piping systems, including installations for commercial and public buildings, as well as water treatment plants for drinking water, wastewater, and process water. For the right candidate, there may also be opportunities to work on other types of projects within our areas of expertise. The role offers a varied working day where technology, project management, and customer interaction are combined.
As a Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing quotations and tenders, including cost calculations and technical evaluations
- Planning, executing, and closing projects
- Managing project finances, progress, quality, and HSE compliance
- Participating in and following up with site managers, installers, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Managing procurement and contracting of materials and services
- Following up on contracts, variations, and project financials
- Leading construction meetings, project meetings, and coordination meetings
- Ensuring proper documentation and reporting
- Contributing to the development of sustainable and energy-efficient technical solutions
Qualifications
- Degree in engineering or technical education within HVAC, mechanical engineering, water and wastewater engineering, process engineering, or equivalent
- Relevant work experience may compensate for formal education
- Experience in project management within HVAC, water/wastewater, process industry, or technical contracting
- Experience in cost estimation and project follow-up
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and P&IDs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Norwegian and English
- Valid driver’s license (Class B)
